Whatever your plans are..Your picturesque retreat awaits! 💕 The space PINK COTTAGE HOUSE! Stay in the centrally located house with up to 10 people and host an event during your stay! BEDROOMS In the house there are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds in each room and a bedroom downstairs with queen bunk beds. There is also a living room downstairs with a queen size daybed and a glam room on the main floor with a small sofa that pulls out into a twin size bad. BATHROOMS There are two full bathrooms in the main house. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. KITCHENS The main house has a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer/ toaster oven, a confection counter cook top range. WASHER AND DRYER There is a washer and dryer in the lower level of the main house in the closet. EXTRA LINENS AND TOWELS Extra towels and blankets are in the main floor bathroom cabinet, the glam room cabinet and the cabinet in the basement by the bedroom and the drawers in the basement by the bathroom. INFANT ITEMS A pack and play bed and high chair are available for your use and located in the closet in the basement living room. HOT TUB AND PATIO The outdoor patio is equipped with a hot tub, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas and furniture! Other things to note we have an event venue that is also on the property and can be rented in conjunction with the house. The event venue can accommodate up to 30 guests for an event and also has an additional kitchen bathroom and bedroom. This is a great venue to hold your event or meeting and then stay over.
