Other things to note We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind: Please be considerate of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours. Animal Policy: To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our home, all animals must be disclosed prior to booking and are subject to house guidelines. We allow one dog per reservation (under 50 lbs) with prior approval. Cats are not permitted. A pet fee applies to all approved animals. Please note: Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Animal must be house-trained and well-behaved. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges. If there is evidence of an animal on furniture or unauthorized animals in the home, an additional cleaning fee (minimum of twice the standard pet fee) will apply. Bringing more than one animal without approval will result in a $250 fee. Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional charges and can result in a non-refundable reservation and early termination of your stay.
