This house sits right on the beach with a spectacular view from the open floor plan with a wall of windows that span the entire width of the house from floor to ceiling. Some decks spread across the whole front and back as well as up and down with screened areas. There are decks nestled in the dunes right on the edge of the beach as well as two huge porches facing the beach. The top one is screened and the one off the living area is open-air. There is a master on the main level and four more bedrooms upstairs, three of those bedrooms upstairs have private access to the bathrooms. The living area is open and airy with truly breathtaking ocean views. Parking for 6 cars with 3 covered spaces. This is the way Pawleys should be enjoyed. For security purposes, please note this property has security cameras solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property only and are not present inside the property. Main Floor: King; Upstairs: King, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins. Baths: 3 Full, 1 Half. LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): Dog Friendly with a non-refundable fee/limit of two. No Smoking. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
