Welcome to The Spec House in spectacular Speculator! Four seasons of fun awaits you at our cozy, family-friendly, centrally-located home! The space This single family home sits nicely off of Route 8 within walking distance to downtown. A perfect place for a family or friends getaway in the Adirondacks! Please see additional notes. Other things to note The Spec House is nearly 100 years old. With that come quirks & imperfections that some may find charming while others may not. For example, slightly sloping floors. If you are not comfortable with an older home, our cute house may not be the best fit. Although updates have been made, it’s still an older home in the woods in upstate NY where weather is extreme. If you’re traveling with small children and have further questions or concerns, please ask before booking.
