The Lass Resort - Near Ocean, 5-bedrooms The space LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): This home sits just steps away from the beach and offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The main level offers a great, fully equipped kitchen, more than enough room for two cooks, with an open dining and living room area providing three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can step outside and enjoy a great cup of coffee as you take in the view of the ocean on a covered porch with rockers or enjoy your morning breakfast. Walk upstairs to the second level that has another great living area that's perfect for the grandparents who can escape to their own area to relax and enjoy some downtime taking a nap or just to look at the view of the ocean or read a book. This floor offers you two more bedrooms with their own on suite. Situated just one row back from the beach giving you easy and direct access and not far to carry your beach chair and umbrella; perfect and more than enough room for more than one family to enjoy. Baths: Main: 2 Full and 1 Half (1 full and 1 half share a shower). Upstairs: 2 Full. No Smoking, No Pets Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
