A fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances include: full fridge/freezer, Kitchen aide mixer coffee maker, crockpot, blender, bread machine, stove/oven, microwave, pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The dining table seat 4 and the highlight of the room is the piano. Enjoy the woodburning fireplace (bring your own wood) while cozying up for the evening. One bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The outdoor oasis several garden areas, ample outdoor seating options for enjoying the birds and solitude of Alpine. The outside beckons with an inviting pool (gated), perfect for refreshing dips on sunny days, while the outside kitchen and dining area offer an alfresco culinary experience like no other (grill, sink, mini fridge and a PIZZA OVEN) with a 20 foot outdoor dining table seating 14. After a day of exploration, rinse off under the open sky in the outdoor shower next to the pool before unwinding with a glass of wine against the backdrop of the setting sun. Rest assured, private parking ensures hassle-free arrivals, while the tranquil surroundings guarantee a peaceful stay. And for those seeking additional accommodation (more than 4 guests), a separate guest house with a twin daybed and bathroom/shower is available for an extra cost--reach out for info on renting the guest cottage along with the house. The last 5 photos on the listing are the guest cottage. To add that to the reservation, it’s an additional $100/night + $60 cleaning fee. It has a daybed, bathroom/shower, kitchenette, and closet and sleeps 1. The guest cottage must be booked at time of booking and rented for the entire reservation. Other things to note The garage is locked off. Parties/Events/Photoshoots are booked separately, and are NOT allowed when booking the home as a regular nightly rental (reach out to us if you're wanting to use the space for a nightly rental and/or an event/party). This is a separate event rental. We have security cameras outside so we are aware when groups try to sneak events/parties without permission and it's a $1,000 fine minimum. This home is not baby/kid friendly, there are a lot of beautiful details/breakables in the home that aren't really meant for young kids. We are pet friendly and charge a pet fee of $50 per dog. Please do not play the piano. The piano is hooked up to a self-playing app on ipad, if you'd like to use, it is an extra charge to check out the ipad programmed to the piano to play music. This home is in the countryside, which means there are Woodland critters and animals in the area. During hotter days, it is an occasional occurrence that a critter can get into the pool, we apologize for this; the pool does get cleaned on a weekly basis. if a rodent or mouse ends up in the pool, just let us know. The pool is heated using solar, which is eco-friendly and works great in sunny weather. Because it depends on sun and outdoor temps, the water temperature can vary and may feel cooler on cloudy days or in winter.
