Book 3 nights, get 1 free + $100 gift card to Earth and Sea! ~ After years of coming down to Oregon Wine Country and Carlton, we wanted to create a special vacation home, something unique. We call our special place “Cypress Greens” because we wanted to pair (yes, pun intended!) a triple master suite/high-end finish home with a ~700sf, 6-hole backyard putting green with up to 60ft putts that is a few blocks from downtown Carlton’s bakery, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. This brand new 3-bedroom/3.5-bathroom home with an open living was designed from the ground up to create incredible wine country memories with friends and family. Let’s start with the bedrooms…Three master suites – everyone gets a king-size bed with their own bathroom, so NO ONE has to settle! Every bathroom has beautiful quartz countertops with top-of-the-line fixtures and each shower has two shower heads so that two people can shower at once. We know sleep is key when relaxing, each suite has dimmable lights with black-out curtains and blinds. With each room having its own special feel – we have the “Date Room”, the “Serine” room, and the “Barrel” room – you should try to arrive first so you can have your pick! Our family loves to play games, hang around a large island, cook fantastic meals, and relax on really comfortable furniture when lounging and watching games or movies as a group. You will find classic games, Yahtzee, Catan, books, and playing cards await you. Better conversations happen more often with wine, friends/family, and a round table. The dining table can seat 6-8 people – and is right next to the bar with its own wine fridge so you can store everything you recently bought from your tastings or brought down for your getaway. In the kitchen, it was extremely important to us to have top-of-the-line appliances that allow chefs to cook gourmet meals and allow everyone to congregate in the kitchen around wine & a cheese plate or make breakfast or dinner. You will find that the kitchen is well-stocked to entertain! We installed brand new high-end Café appliances with an induction stovetop, air frying microwave/convection oven, water dispenser that can dispense filtered hot and cold water, two sinks with disposals to allow for easy food prep and dishwashing – and of course, two dishwashers so that it’s extra easy to clean up. Many Hands make Light Work! There is so much incredible food in wine country – sometimes you want to just cook dinner, stay in, and play games all night – and what’s better than doing so in a gourmet kitchen while playing music on Sonos! Or consider treating yourself to an in-house private chef where all you need to do is enjoy the experience and they take care of all the cooking & cleaning! For the living room, we found a really unique couch with a “cuddle corner” that is also extra long and allows for 4 people to easily sit and relax. If you’re not on the couch, then kick back on the swivel circular lounge chair and enjoy the 65” Frame TV, where you can watch movies, games, the news, or just put on a cool picture from the Frame’s picture library. The backyard could be home to some incredible memories with your friends and family – I mean who has a 6-hole 700+sf putting green in their backyard? We are golfers, so we like to make up some pretty ridiculous putting courses – so the green has many unique breaks and also over 60ft putts from end to end. We have putters and golf balls at the house, but most of us bring our own down so there are no excuses. :) If you’re not golfing, the patio is ~600sf which will include a 6-8 seat table and lounge chairs to soak up the summer sun. While relaxing, please note that our yard is in its infant years, but with each passing year, the Cypress trees will grow, making for a very private and green getaway. For longer stays, we also have a full laundry room with a full-size side-by-side washer & dryer along with a separate powder room for visiting guests. For those of you who don’t know the Carlton area – there are over 50 wineries in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Downtown Carlton has some incredible restaurants with Earth & Sea, The Horse Radish, Park & Main, Carlton Corners, Cuvee – and Blind Pig is a great high-end dive bar down the street featuring karaoke nights on Fridays and Saturdays. And of course…there’s the Carlton Bakery – arguably the best bakery in the Willamette Valley and the Carlton Market is around the corner with the simple staples that you forgot or need for the house or kitchen. The house is 3-blocks from downtown Main Street so once you park at the house – you shouldn’t need a car unless you’re feeling a little lazy… Cypress Greens is set right between several bustling wine country towns and is a short drive to grocery stores, wineries, and other area activities such as McMinnville's award-winning Third Street which is within a 10-minute drive and home to a great variety of top-rated eateries, renowned wine tasting rooms, unique shopping options, and nearby to the Evergreen Aviation Museum & Waterpark and Linfield College. Likewise, guests can get to the nearby Dundee Hills AVA or Newberg experiences within 15 minutes. Hop in your car or schedule a Pinot Car wine tour experience to visit the world-class wineries and scenic drives only minutes away from the front door. Also easily accessible is the spectacular Oregon Coast, the sweeping Columbia River Gorge, and the one-of-a-kind Portland - come explore all this area has to offer! Well-suited for couples on a tour of wine country, or families visiting for a Summer Wedding, this home is sure to please. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $315.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
