This home provides a relaxing environment with both covered and open porches. We are happy to offer this home to you and your family to create your vacation memories. Arrogantly Shabby has an open floor concept with the kitchen, dining, and living area, providing plenty of room for the family. It offers beautiful wood walls and floors on the main level. Two large decks overlook the ocean, offering a great place to enjoy a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee or tea. The inside decor is light and airy with updated bathrooms. The living room comes with a large flat-screen TV and ample seating for everyone. You will find 2 bedrooms, Queen and 2 Queens. One with a private bath and one shared bathroom, on the main level. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, King, Queen, Loft with 2 Twins. Two Private Bathrooms. Don't wait to book this popular Pawleys oceanfront home for your vacation and enjoy this special island. There are 4 full bathrooms. No Pets. No Smoking. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
