The home is an older home with its quirks, but we have refreshed it to enhance your overall experience! The space Accommodating up to 8 guests, this home offers three spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening. The remaining two bedrooms house comfortable queen sized Casper beds, and a separate bunk house includes four full-size beds for additional sleeping arrangements. In total, the property is equipped with three well-appointed bathrooms. Cook and dine in a large kitchen, equipped with modern amenities and a generous dining table. Extend your dining experience outdoors with our BBQ set and outdoor dining area. The living area is highlighted by a bar seating area overlooking the lake, a large sectional couch, and an array of games to keep you entertained. For a different sort of fun, head downstairs to our game room, complete with air hockey, table tennis, and a wet bar. If you can't leave work behind, don't worry, we have a quiet office space available for you. Step outside to discover a large yard perfect for games. (We have corn hole and croquet available) Surrounded by fruit trees that offer fresh apples, pears, grapes, and raspberries in season. Our location couldn’t be better. Walk to the local bar and grill, or enjoy mountain biking and hiking on nearby trails. A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the local golf course. Please note, we allow dogs with a pet deposit and pet fee, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats. Also, please be aware that the house DOES NOT have air conditioning. Come and enjoy a luxurious lakeside experience at "Haven on the Lake", a premier location where fun meets relaxation. Other things to note Please bring your own life jackets for swimming or doing water activities. We are not responsible for accidents that happen in the water. We don't yet have Kayaks or anything else available on site for use in the water. However in the guidebook we will send you after booking there is a local place you can rent some for 3 days if you have the ability to transport them. This is next to a large body of water. This means mosquitos and other bugs. We have done our best to treat the home for pests, bees, and mosquitos, but at the end of the day we are located where we are. So please bring bug spray. The home does NOT have air conditioning and the home is south facing. It gets warm inside during the day please plan accordingly. You are welcome to the fruit from any of the bushes or trees. Note that dogs are not supposed to eat grapes and there is a grape arbor on the property. We try to trim it up so it doesn't stay on the ground. Speaking of trimming. Landscapers come every other week and you may encounter them mowing the lawn and keeping the yard nice for you. We try to schedule around guest stays, but doesn't always happen.
