Whether you are looking to relax in the back yard oasis, create memories inside, or enjoy everything Fargo has to offer, this is the perfect place for your next trip to town. You will be just minutes from great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The space From the moment you step into this wonderfully updated South Fargo home, you will find that your comfort and relaxation was the primary focus when creating the oasis that is The South Fargo River House. Everything you should need to unwind, has been provided. No matter if you are in town for a family gathering, or with colleagues for a work trip, this home is perfect for your trip to town. Kitchen: As you walk in the front door, you will be welcomed by the fully stocked kitchen, ready for anything you may want to prepare. Providing pots, pans, plates and silverware was just the start. As you look around, you will find an amazing coffee station stocked with a wide variety of coffee, a rice maker, crockpot, and a nutri bullet. Don't worry about bringing your high chair, you will find a high chair, and a booster seat in the coat closet just off the kitchen. Bedrooms: A large portion of your stay will be spent sleeping, so comfort continues into the 4 masterfully designed bedrooms. You will find a king bed in both the upstairs master bedroom, and the basement bedroom. Along with the 2 king beds, there is also a queen bed and 2 full beds (bunks) in the other 2 upstairs bedrooms. Not only has comfort been provided for the adults, but you will also find a travel crib in the master bedroom closet. Are you traveling for work? The basement bedroom includes a corner desk equipped with HD monitors, and a WiFi printer. This is the perfect place for remote work. Outside: This is where the comfort comes together. A large patio with a built in fire pit, outdoor dining space including a gas grill, and a large new hot tub are all part of the massive fenced in yard. The kids will have all of the entertainment they need too, with a variety of yard games and play systems. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete access to the house. There will be a locked cabinet in the laundry room with owner supplies, but otherwise enjoy the house! Other things to note We are more than happy to host stays of all kinds. Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your stay.
