Summersalt is a charming New England beach house just a short distance to a private beach for swimming, lounging and exploring! ** 4th of July 2026 will be a two week stay from 6/27/26-7/11/26 ** The space With three cozy bedrooms and 1.5 baths, there is ample space for conversation in the living room, playing cards or games on the enclosed front porch with the dutch door open, reading in the bright sitting area and checking out glimpses of the water at the sound from upstairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and will access the property using a Schlage Encode WiFi deadbolt. Other things to note **Signed rental agreement, photo ID and $300 Security Deposit hold required within 48 hours of booking confirmation** The basics: -3 bedrooms -1.5 bathrooms (full bath upstairs with a heated toilet seat and bidet, half-bath downstairs) -Up to 8 guests (best for max 5 adults) -DreamCloud Premier king bed -SleepNumber queen bed -Bunk room: 2 twin beds + 1 full; an additional alcove twin bunk bed is available for a small person!
