Blackstone griddle with cooking accessories POOL: Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. Running, pushing, diving is not allowed at the house pool. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. No specific pool temperature is guaranteed but we can turn on heater for an additional charge. NOTE: Pool heating will be available during a winter time ONLY (NOVEMBER-MARCH) for an additional $15.00 a day. Request to add POOL HEAT should be submitted at the time of the booking, if you will request POOL HEAT after check in, it will be $25.00 extra charge per day. Additional: There is a pool cover that will be left out in the winter months. Please cover after each use to keep the water warm. Toilet Usage: Please only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilets. Avoid flushing any other items such as wipes, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or paper towels. 2. Drain Usage: Refrain from pouring any oils, grease, chemicals, or solid materials down the drains. Stick to using the sinks, showers, and laundry facilities for their intended purposes only. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except owners closet & garage. Those two areas are locked and restricted. The guest closet is equipped with beach gear such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach mat to lay out on, beach tent for shade and sand toys for kids. We will assign a specific door code to primary guest. For added security, a doorbell camera is installed by the front door, and one camera overlooks the driveway and another the side yard to the pool equipment. No loud music and noise, no parties of any kind. 2. We do have exterior cameras, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and will have you to leave the house immediately. 3. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. Will be a fine $500 if guests smoke inside the house 4. Please do not move furniture. 5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300 will be added for a complete deep clean. 6. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed down the toilet. 7. The garage is locked, not for use, parking in the driveway and street only. 8. Please no kids jumping on furniture 9. Absolutely no cutting food on the countertops.
