This 3000 sq ft family-friendly home features a hot tub, arcade machines, air hockey, and a cozy game lounge. The space Discover comfort and style in our open concept 3000 sqft family home - Primary bedroom and office located on the lofted 2nd floor overlooking the first floor living space and panoramic windows. Secondary bedroom and double bunkbeds room located on the first floor for convenient access for family stays. Step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck with views of Magic Mountain. Our downstairs lounge / game space includes card table, an assortment of board games and full size air hokey table. Although we are in the process of updating this space, it is fully inviting to stay-in and play throughout your visit to Vermont. The house offers a full size garage with 2 indoor parking spots and ample space outside for an additional vehicle if needed. Washer/Dryer is also available in the lower level and tri-zone thermostats should keep all your guest comfortable throughout the house. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home and property during their stay, including: -The entire 3,000 sq ft home, including all bedrooms, living areas, and the game/lounge space - A full-size garage with indoor parking for 2 vehicles, plus additional parking in the driveway - Over 5 private acres to explore, relax, and enjoy the views - The outdoor hot tub, hammock chairs, and wrap-around deck with mountain-facing seating areas - The entertainment lounge with arcade machines, air hockey, board games, and card table - Laundry facilities located in the lower level - Full control of tri-zone heating throughout the house Entry is seamless and secure via digital keypads located on the garage door panel and front door — no need to meet in person or manage keys. You’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, but we're just a message away if you need anything! Other things to note Features & Policies The driveway is well maintained year-round, and a caretaker will plow after any snowfall exceeding a few inches to ensure safe access. However, due to Vermont’s often severe winter conditions, we strongly recommend snow tires or four-wheel drive during winter months. The property is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Any additional guest beyond this limit will incur a $150 per night fee. Pets are generally not permitted, but exceptions may be made for small, hypoallergenic pets upon approval. Pet stays are subject to an additional $150 per night fee, with a maximum of 1 pet allowed. The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. The host reserves the right to request photo identification for all guests prior to or during the stay. In certain situations, a security deposit may be required to protect the property.
