We're happy to welcome you to your Schroon Lake home! This place is perfect for friends or families with children and pets! It's a comfortable, homey apartment where you can stay stress-free and enjoy your visit to the Adirondacks. Located right downtown in Schroon lake, it's a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the public beach, but it's set back from the road enough to feel peaceful. 2 bedrooms can sleep 4 guests, and the living room is big enough for an air mattress for a couple more. The space Your private apartment is one of two apartments in the building, and we live in the other in the fall, winter and spring. You'll have a private entrance, private deck, and the side yard all to yourself. LIVING SPACES - A spacious living room has a smart TV and plenty of room for an air mattress (available upon request) making this apartment suitable for up to 6 guests. The living room has an AC unit powerful enough to cool all the living spaces. The screen porch and deck are perfect hangout spots for your vacation - enjoy the fresh air without the mosquitos!! On the deck, relax in our Adirondack rockers next to a smokeless fire pit in the evening, or watch the town go by with your coffee in the mornings. Fast wifi will meet all your working and entertainment needs! BEDROOMS - The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, bedroom number 2 has two twin beds. All linens and towels are provided, and extra blankets for all are in the closets. Both bedrooms have window air conditioning units. BATHROOM - features a custom tile shower by a local Adirondack artisan and a washer/dryer which is free for your use. KITCHEN/DINING - enjoy preparing meals in the fully outfitted kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils), and eat at our unique dining table, also made by a local artisan. OUTDOORS - park 2 vehicles in our large driveway, and you and your family and pets have the side yard all to yourselves. Please pick up any pet droppings for our next guests. We've tried to think of everything, but if you get here and find you need anything, I'm right next door to help! Guest access You’ll have access to the entire apartment except for a supply closet.
