Sandy waterfront, stunning interior, and tons of space to spread out! The space Dock is provided for loading and unloading as well as a mooring buoy for tying up your boat. Bring your boat with you, or rent from one of the many boat rental companies in the area! We can offer recommendations on rental companies - feel free to reach out! This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. On the main floor is the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a king bed and tons of space to enjoy. Also on the main floor is the open concept living/dining room, and kitchen that all overlook the water. There is also a half bathroom on this level. Downstairs, you'll find a bonus TV room with a comfortable couch and second kitchen and dining area. The bunk room with 3 twin beds is on this level with the second primary bedroom with a king bed just across the hall. You’ll also find the second bathroom and laundry room on this floor. Down the main corridor from which you enter the home you'll find another king bedroom with adjoining area with a twin bunk bed and third full bathroom. Tons of space to spread out! The home includes all the amenities you’d hope to find to make your vacation feel like a home-away-from-home, such as a coffee maker, SmartTV, WiFi, and including plenty of towels, and linens. Local Wineries and Breweries are open year-round if you are looking to grab a beer, a bottle of wine, or try a flight! All vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Other things to note The dock is available from the end of May through the end of September. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Wind and waves can cause damage to boats and docks. There is a mooring ball available. Homeowner’s boat stored on the boat lift is not available for guest use. Renters are permitted to park 1 boat or 2 small motorized watercrafts.
