The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size latex mattress; all the beds are so comfortable! There's also a twin pull-out that can be pushed next to the king bed for a big family bed. The second room has one queen size bed with an organic cotton and latex mattress. There's also a queen air bed and a twin cot that can be placed anywhere. We have space for an additional bed if you need it. The couches are also great for sleeping on. Do not hesitate to contact us, so we can best help you! We have newly refinished floors, so please leave your shoes and wet clothing outside. Hooks, a big covered porch, and slippers are provided. LED lighting that are set on 2700-3000 Kelvin lights, that we put on dimmers for soft comfortable lighting. Hot water heater is 'on-demand' it takes about 20 seconds to reach the shower. You’ll enjoy the heated bathroom floor while you wait. A gas fireplace, with blankets for cuddling. Will keep you warm and cozy when it’s chilly outside. The air conditioning can make it freezing cold or just comfortable, it’s completely up to you. All the bedding and towels are cotton. Guest access The entrance on Paige Ave is well lit and slightly sloped with no steps. Other areas have single steps with handrails through out so most mobility needs can access the property. A great place for multi-generational get-a-way. Guests can access the main house and all the grounds. There is a studio on the lower part of the property that is a separate rental. We are near a lot of running, walking, hiking, exploring and cycling routes. Property is on a slight slope with playground chipped pathways. Single steps with hand rails. New this year, we are making a play ground with slides, a swing and disc golf. Also the hot water tub is new too! Very friendly neighborhood! Other things to note Summer is here and we change our decor seasonally. We have lots of outdoor family fun activities. If you leave the East facing curtain open you’ll wake up to rainbows dancing around the room, it’s magical!
