4 bed, 2 bath home just a few doors from Oneida Lake to swim, picnic, kayak etc.. 1st floor king bed, twin bed. 2nd floor king, full bed. Full downstairs bathroom w/ tub. Upstairs bathroom w/ shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities. Washer and dryer. Roku tvs w/Netflix in all the rooms. Patio w/grill to BBQ or just a short 1 mile walk to town to grab dinner. There’s restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream, Amusement park, casino and the beautiful Sandy Sylvan Beach. The space Sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, A few rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and few coffee pods to get you started. The garage is set up as a game room with an extra refrigerator and the love seat pulls out to a full size bed. 2 kayaks with life jackets. Just pack your suitcase. Other things to note Garbage goes out to the curb on Sunday nights. Strip the sheets off the beds used and put in the tub. Make sure to leave the parking pass if used as not to be charged. Check out before 10:00am. Cleaner arrives at 10:00 to give enough time for next guests.
