Welcome to Casa Del Sol! One of only a handful of single family homes available for rent on the private island of Isla Del Sol. This 3 bed/3 bath home is a tropical paradise for your girls trip, as well as the family looking to enjoy a vacation with the kids. Spend restful time at the casa and pool or enjoy world-class beaches just down the road. We can't wait for you to experience St. Petersburg and we look forward to sharing our casa with you! The space Living Room- This open concept room offers an oversized sectional that pulls out into a queen sleeper mattress. Also there is access to the patio. Dining Room- Our dining table allows six people to sit around comfortably while also providing additional seating with bar stoles located at the counter in the kitchen. You can access the patio through another set of sliding glass doors. Kitchen- This room allows you to see the entire main level. It is fully equipped with new stainless steal appliances, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker and blender for all your cooking needs. A third set of sliding glass doors provides you access to the patio. Family Room- In this room you will find an oversized sectional paired with an oversized 65" Smart TV. There are two doors that both lead to the garage. Garage - This is where the new washer and dryer are located. Here, you'll also find all your beach needs from towels to beach toys and beach chairs. In the garage there is space for a mid-sized SUV. In addition to garage, the driveway can accommodate 2 full-sized SUV's. Patio- On the back patio you will find a plug-in Traeger Grill and lounge furniture. Additional seating kept behind the grill for extra guests. Bathrooms- The first bathroom is located on the main floor. There is a bathroom attached to the primary bedroom and the third is located in the upstairs hallway next to the second and third bedroom. The primary bathroom has a bath tub. Primary Bedroom- This room has a king size adjustable Temper-Pedic mattress and your very own private balcony where there is seating for two. Also there is a 50" Smart TV, walk-in closet with built-in storage, and the attached bathroom. Second Bedroom- In this room you will find twin bunk beds and an additional extra long twin mattress. The closet also offers built-in storage and a Pack 'n Play for younger guest. Third Bedroom- Finally this bedroom has a queen mattress with built-in storage in the closet as well. Guest access Mi casa es su casa! You will have full use of the home, including smart home devices, grill, and pool/hot tub. Other things to note We will need to submit an HOA Rental form on your behalf. Don't worry, we will cover the $100 rental fee, but we will need you to provide us with the following info: - Name - Home Address - Phone Number - License Plate - Vehicle Make & Model *Please get this info to us immediately upon booking confirmation.
