The property is located just minutes away from both I-40 & I-77. The space Located in safe residential area, in a clean & mature neighborhood. The studio apartment is located over the top of a two-car garage with a small workshop. This is separate from the main house and connected by a screened in porch. Once in the apartment it is a studio that has one Queen bed, a living area, a dinette area, and a full kitchen. The full bath is just off the kitchen area. The screened in porch is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening sunset, and in the evening start a fire in our firepit & kick back to enjoy the night sky. Don't forget to look for the wild turkeys walking the property early in the morning sun. Guest access Guests have full access to the screened in porch. The laundry is located in the main house, with access times requiring pre-arrangements. The laundry area is located directly next to the side entry door in the main house. Other things to note We live on the property in the main house. The Studio apartment is above the garage, and separated from the house.
