This unit is perfect and cozy for a couples getaway or a family and friends stay! The downstairs bed room offers a Queen size bed. The upstairs loft bedroom also offers a comfy Queen size bed with plenty of living space. The living room has a brand new sofa sleeper that can sleep up to two guest. One bathroom with walk- in shower. Plenty of towels and a variety of shampoos, soaps, and hairdryer are provided. A full kitchen that has anything needed to prepare a meal. A cooktop with convection/microwave and refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. Dishes, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cooking and eating utensils, cups, coffee mugs- we’ve thought of everything! A coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, and sugars are provided for those peaceful coffee mornings on your private balcony. Swim towels available for dips in the lake. Bring a floaty and your set to enjoy the day in the beautiful waters of Lake Hamilton. There’s plenty to do with board games, cards, and a large T.V. with internet. Or take a stroll around the brand new boardwalk and enjoy the views of the water! A charcoal grill is located on the deck. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid A propane Firepit is located on your private balcony for those night time Family gatherings. S’mores are always optional.
