Entertainment options include two smart TVs. Enjoy movie nights on the 65-inch screen downstairs or retreat to the cozy movie room equipped with a 75-inch smart TV for the ultimate cinematic experience. Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with comfortable bedding and walk in closets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked supply closet. Other things to note Please note that for the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have installed 3 outdoor cameras—2 monitoring the front of the house and one monitoring the back. Additionally, we utilize a noise monitoring device that does not record or transmit sounds. This device is solely to ensure our neighbors enjoy the peace and comfort of this quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and we do NOT allow pets or large parties on the premises.
