While we welcome dogs with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not allowed. Dogs must be kept off furniture and beds, be housebroken, and waste must be cleaned up. Absolutely no parties or events are permitted. The house is equipped with a gas grill on the deck, and guests are welcome to use it. Free parking is available on the premises. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer. Please treat the house with respect and leave it in good condition. - We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in. - Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home. - Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine - While dog’s are allowed (with a pet fee), we do NOT accept cats or any other pets.
