For longer stays, a high-capacity, high-efficiency washer and dryer are provided. Step outside to a beautiful backyard with a deck, comfortable furnishings, and a gas grill. The house is conveniently located near various attractions and amenities. Guests will have access to the entire house, including the fully equipped kitchen, three smart TVs, the game room, and the dedicated office space. Enjoy the comfort of the three bedrooms, each with brand new beds, and utilize the two and a half bathrooms. We give you your space while you enjoy our space. You will have the house completely to yourself, and we are just a text or phone call away if something should come up. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the house. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, and a $250 fine will be applied for violations. While we welcome dogs with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not allowed. Dogs must be kept off furniture and beds, be housebroken, and waste must be cleaned up. Absolutely no parties or events are permitted. The house is equipped with a gas grill on the deck, and guests are welcome to use it. Free parking is available on the premises. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer. Please treat the house with respect and leave it in good condition. - We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in. - Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home. - Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine - While dog’s are allowed (with a pet fee), we do NOT accept cats or any other pets. Dogs must be kept off of ALL furniture and beds, fully housebroken and fully cleaned up after outside. - Absolutely NO parties.
