The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.. We take your safety very seriously. To ensure the well-being of everyone, we kindly request that all guests be registered. Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Damage Waiver Fee: Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following: • Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) . • Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Damage caused by automobiles. • Damage to personal items • Theft or lost items • Damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: • Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.) • Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. • Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. • party on property $300 fine.
