The home has a completely separate upstairs space also available for rent. The two spaces are completely separate and can only be accessed from the outside. A short drive or bike ride will bring you to the large UCF campus and surrounding dining and shopping options. A 45 minute drive will whisk you away to the magical world of Disney and its surrounding attractions. Around the corner, a neighboring shopping center includes a Publix, Pet Supplies Plus and various restaurants. This charming retreat is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking for a comfortable stay in Orlando. The master suite features an adjustable king bed for maximum guest comfort and an attached full bathroom. For extra guests, the pull-out sofa in the living area offers additional sleeping space.
