Centrally located between Idaho Springs and Georgetown, just off of I-70 there are nearby breweries, restaurants, shops, as well as skiing, hiking, biking, ziplining, & in the fall, leaf peeping. The space This 1800-square foot log home is a split-level with 2 floors and the backyard is fully fenced in with multiple decks, a bar area, and a hot tub. There are 3 TVs in the house – the living room and master bedroom, have DISH cable and the guest bedroom downstairs has a smart TV with Roku. Additionally, there is an outdoor TV with DISH in the bar area. Guest access Guests have access to the house and exterior back yard. The downstairs office area, attached garage, and separate 3-story garage located next to the property are NOT accessible. The concrete driveway leading up to the residence provides parking for 4 or more vehicles. Other things to note • There are 3 outdoor security cameras on the property – a camera for the front door, a camera for the detached garage, and a camera for the backyard patio. • We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind inside the house. • High speed Xfinity internet is available. • There is a large propane grill located off the top deck and a bar/entertainment area on the bottom deck. • There is NO air conditioning in our home. This is normal for homes at 8500’ elevation. Feel free to open the windows and enjoy the fresh breeze, even in the middle of summer.
