The space Welcome to your ultimate vacation getaway! Nestled in Oceano is this brand new home, perfect for hosting your group of up to 11 guests. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and stunning peak-a-boo ocean & dune views from the rooftop deck, where you can relax by the fire table or grill up a feast on the gas grill. Inside, you'll find an open concept living area with a smart TV, electric fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, the primary suite awaits with its own smart TV, en suite bathroom featuring a large vanity, large shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. There are smart TV's in every bedroom, one in the living room & one in the game room. Sleeping arrangement: Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed Downstairs Bedroom 2: 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (Full Bed on the bottom of one - room can sleep 5) Upstairs Bedroom 3: King Bed Upstairs Living Room: Pull Out Queen Sofa Bed But the fun doesn't stop there! Our garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a ping pong table, foosball, arcade games, a dart board, beer pong table, corn hole, a futon, and a smart TV for gaming or watching your favorite shows. And for the nostalgia lovers, an old school arcade console awaits! We allow ONE dog that is 30 pounds or less. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee that will be sent post booking. Guest access As our valued guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, from the rooftop deck to the game room to the large, open living space and everything in between. Other things to note There is a second home located on this lot. You will have exclusive access to the back house and the only common area is the driveway. You can park one car in the parking space next to the front home and you can park a second car in front of the garage. There is also limited street parking. Message us if you have specific parking requests. Please note, this home is located on a busier main street.
