We drive the abandoned and lower income parts of town looking for strays and helping them when we find them. You're booking on this home helps support that as we entirely use money made from these airbnbs to fund this mission :) Refresh cleans can be completed during your stay for $150 We don't allow loud, late night parties as this is a quiet neighborhood with working families and children who go to bed fairly early. Quiet hours start at 9pm. (This just means no yelling or shouting, no music outside, no excessive noise that could wake a sleeping neighbor) Absolutely have a great time but please be respectful of the neighbors as far as noise and parking :) The 5th bedroom is the pink room shown in the pictures at the top of the stairway landing. It does not have its own door to shut. The bed is against the stairway railing with a TV on the opposite wall. Disclaimer: by booking this property you hereby agree that the pool and spa are use at your own risk. And that host or host business will not be held liable for any pool or spa related accidents. It is advised that anyone in or near the pool or spa wear the life safety floatation devices provided and that all children have supervision when using the pool or being near it. I have to add this statement to protect myself but absolutely have a great time!! Also, the pool is professionally cleaned and treated weekly. This doesn't stop a gust of wind from blowing new leaves or seeds Into the pool. The filters are always running but can take many hours to pull everything out especially if the wind persists. A net is left near the pool that can be used to remove any leaves or things from it if you want to use it. I cant promise it will never have debris floating but we do try our absolute best to keep it sparkling clean. Because this is Houston and a warm humid environment there is always a possibility that an ant or moth or some other insect could enter the home if the door is open for any length of time. Again we clean and treat the entire house to avoid this as much as possible. It's just always a possibility. Feel free to turn on the hot tub to whatever temperature you like. Additional rules, • No smoking inside • No loud drunk parties • Early check-in is available for $20 per hour early depending on the condition of the home prior and how long it will take to clean • No music outdoors for the neighbors :) (other than phone speakers) • Quiet hours start at 9pm • No confetti (it's very hard to clean up from) • No bleach or dye products. (They cause stains) • 5 vehicles max (some exceptions) • No popping balloons or fireworks in the back yard as is causes alot of mess for our cleaners • Pool is closed at 11pm (unless you keep it silent out there :) • No hanging out in the front yard • Please only have as many people in the home as you booked for unless you let us know before hand so that we know what to expect for our cleaners • These rules were put in place because of some very disrespectful guests. Keeping the neighbors happy is priority :) Have a great time! For checkouts 15 minutes late or later we ask for $100 late checkout fee. For checkouts later than 30 minutes we have to pay the cleaning team to come back at full price and ask for $250 We will ask for $100 per house rule that is broken. We have to respect the neighbors. This is their home and their families The RV next door across the privacy fence belongs to us and sometimes I stay there. It is separated from the home by a 6 foot privacy fence and is inaccessible from the house or the yard. We kindly ask that you dont let anyone in your group scale the fence or try to enter the RV If the police are called to the property they may be carrying weapons with them or if any threat of violence is made against our staff a replica or real firearm may be carried to the property by security for their own safety when arriving to the home Registration Details STR-2025-000108
