Our homes are located on a tree-lined street a short drive from the center of the city and features a pool, massive balcony, furnished outdoor spaces, gorgeous common areas, and convenient off street parking options. - Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Private, heated pool - Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Private balcony and furnished backyards for outdoor relaxation - Modern elegance combined with southern comfort - All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. - Private pool is typically heated/temperature controlled from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Guest access Both homes are reserved for your exclusive use, as is the heated pool. Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO. Reservation holder must be over 21 years of age If you have questions you need answered before securing your booking, or you simply want to talk with us first, reach out to our team with an inquiry before a reservation request. Please also note that one-night stays on the weekend or reservations that start or end on a Saturday may be subject to an additional fee. NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
