Please be aware we have a dog (Luna). She's a beagle and she barks and gets exited when she sees people around the house. Guest access Driveway and your private room During your stay Please text me should you have any questions Other things to note Emergencies on property --- We hope there is never such a need, however, in an emergency we reserve the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice through 2 means - Airbnb messages and in person by knocking. This would only occur for evidence of possible damage to persons property. -Parking for one car - please utilize the space assigned -Garbage - Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife. Containers are located at the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit. Let us know if you need assistance. -Please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house. A damages fee ($100) and cleaning fee ($50) will be charged if inhalation use is detected inside the unit. -Accidental damage - Do not damage. Report accidents and pay for reasonable repairs. Please alert us of any spills, stains or damage as soon as possible. Damage charges will be assessed on individual basis. Unreported damage, spills or stains will incur an additional fee, $75. -Cleaning service is provided at the end of short stays. Longer reservations should expect cleaning service every 2 weeks at $30 fee on Saturday morning. We are firm with this request to maintain our cleaning service to assure the unit is in optimum condition for our guests. -If extra guest appear that were not previously mentioned an additional charge will be applied, $75. All violations of the house rules will be directed through the resolution center.
