With room for up to 10 guests, it's the ideal space for families or groups to relax and unwind. The space Long-Term & Extended Stays Welcome! Welcome to our charming, newly renovated 3-level townhouse, designed for comfort and convenience. Featuring stylish vinyl flooring throughout, our home is perfect for both short and long-term stays. Upper Level: - Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with an en-suite full bathroom - Two Additional Bedrooms: Queen-sized beds with a full bathroom nearby - Linen Closet: Bath and hand towels and a hair dryer are stored in the hallway closet for your convenience. Main Level: - A spacious living and dining room with a TV, offering free access to Netflix. - The living room opens up to a deck, providing a serene outdoor space - A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. - The kitchen also features bench seating and is stocked with essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, wine glasses, a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, instant pot, blender, rice and egg cooker. - We provide complimentary coffee, salt, pepper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a sponge (PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, etc) - A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level. Lower Level (fully furnished basement): - Features two Futon beds (each sleeping 2 people, comparable to queen- sized bed) and a full bathroom - The walkout basement allows natural light and easy access to the patio and outdoor area. Parking & Additional Information: - Our home is located in a residential community, and as such, commercial vehicles, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles are not permitted. - A reserved parking spot (Space #85) is provided for your use at no extra charge. - One additional parking is available, please reach out to the host to make arrangements BEFORE arrival. For a second vehicle, a visitor parking tag is REQUIRED, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis (note that these spots are not numbered). - Vehicle parked without the tag will be towed at guest’s expense! Host/Owner bears no liability. Make sure to leave the parking pass in the car until the very last moment at check out (Please ensure the parking pass remains visible in your vehicle until the moment you check out). HOA/Towing company is very strict. - Please remember to return the parking permit upon checkout. If the pass is not returned, there will be an additional charge of $150 (extra Airbnb fees may apply). - If you require more than two parking spaces, street parking is available within a 5-minute walking distance. Please be sure to read all signage carefully to avoid the risk of towing. Important Notes: - Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense, the hosts are not liable. - Make sure to leave the parking pass in the car until the very last moment before driving away. HOA/Towing company is very strict. - Please avoid leaving valuables in your car, including luggage, laptops, purses, cash, etc. - We provide essentials like coffee, salt, black pepper, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, and dish soap. Please note that we don’t supply laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, or other personal toiletries. Our property is within a short commute near a variety of attractions that are sure to make your stay enjoyable & memorable. Here are some highlights: - Maryland Soccerplex: soccer, lacrosse, flag football tournaments (approx 3.5 miles) - Seneca Creek Park which offers hiking trails and picnic spots (approx 1.6 miles) - Rio Downtown, a vibrant area known for its diverse dining options and shopping centers (approx 5.9 miles) - Activities for kids: Topgolf (approx 3.3 miles), Sky Zone Trampoline Park (approx 7.2 miles), IFly Indoor Skydiving (approx 7.2 miles) - Grocery and Convenience Stores (closest approx 0.6-2.5 miles) - Washington DC, Arlington, Annapolis (approx 27-54 miles) is Guest access The code to access the house will be provided on the day of arrival.
