Here's the layout: In the basement, you'll find a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cosy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes, a utility/laundry room, and a full bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, two cosy bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another shower room. From this floor and down an external staircase, you can also access the garden/pool without going through the house. And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two luxurious 160cm beds and a large terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub.
