Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property outside certain closets and the garage. Other things to note Please read below as all details are very important, and by booking you agree to follow all rules and regulations for this property. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Primary renter for each reservation is required to sign a rental agreement after you booking is confirmed. NO SMOKING: Please do not smoke inside or outside, it is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule is a $1,000 fine. NO PETS: Please do not bring you pets, if we find out that you did there will be a $500 fine + additional cleaning. NO GUESTS WITHOUT PERMISSION: We love to host guests but it is very important to check with the host first before anyone who is not apart of the reservation comes to the home. POOL HEAT: If you want the pool/jacuzzi heated it's $75 a day and must be paid prior to your arrival. Any and all damages found after check out will be charged to the guest. Note the outdoor sofas by the pool are white and a bit worn so they have some discoloration.
