Whatever your interests, the Deer Valley East Village area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer. The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature to receive Check-In Instructions containing the property access code. You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties. We may seek damages for failure to abide by this House Rule when booking a reservation. No pets allowed.
