The space Our charming home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We comfortably sleep 6 guests in the bedrooms and offer high-quality air mattresses for additional guests (up to 10 total). Accessibility: Although not wheelchair ready, this home offers accessibility options for guests with limited mobility with wide doorways, a single step to enter, and a walk-in shower on the first floor. Upon request, we will gladly set up a first-floor sleeping space with a comfortable air mattress in the large living room, without sacrificing the seating area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, spacious lawn, and multiple deck and patio areas. Other things to note WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS ON THE PROPERTY. Please monitor children at all times. To keep our cleaning fees low, we ask guests to help out with a few tasks at check out. Please see the “before you leave” section of the listing for more information. Check out is at 12:00pm but we need to be firm in order to clean the home for the net guests. If you are late, you may be charged an additional day. We kindly ask that you send us a message when you have checked out so we can contact our housekeeper to come to prepare for the next guest.
