Welcome to your 4-bed, 2-bath stay-cation with exclusive Geneva Lake access in Indian Hills. Enjoy a private pier and swim area steps from your door! This bungalow offers a homey feel and ample entertainment space, highlighted by a large screened-in porch with seating for the family and an outdoor TV. A fully-equipped chef's kitchen and spacious primary entertainment area ensure comfort. In the private back yard, set up lawn games and gather around the fire pit on the patio. The space Fontana Lakeside Haven is a single-level bungalow. Two of the bedrooms feature a queen bed, one of the bedrooms houses a full bed, while the 4th includes a twin/twin bunk bed. A full en-suite bath can be found adjacent to the master. Interior common areas for guests include a screened-in porch, living room, and breakfast nook. A guest-accessible laundry area can be found in the un-finished basement. Other things to note **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us!
