The seasonally installed dock accommodates guest's boats, with a nearby boat launch. The pier also provides a stunning view of sunsets. Guests will also enjoy shared amenities such as a fire pit with chairs and firewood, green space, sand box, and swing set. Sunset Shores is a small community of 6 cabins offering the perfect setting for larger gatherings such as family reunions. Home Truths: - There is no central air conditioning in this property. Four portable fans are provided and the bedroom contains a ceiling fan. - No washer, dryer, ice maker, or dishwasher. - Max occupancy for this home is 4, not including children 2 and under due to an updated restriction. - Loft area is not accessible. The water for this home is serviced by a well. At times, you may notice sulfur smell. It is recommended you bring drinking water if you don't prefer well-water. It is safe for drinking.
