Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit. DOG FEE: ● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. Guests are REQUIRED to register with Blue Mountain Lake at least 48 hours prior to check-in. REGISTRATION FEE: ● $150 - This is included in the booking total. ● This fee is a requirement in order to access the community and the property ● Registrations can only be processed Monday to Thursday until 4 in the afternoon. We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations ● Access to the Blue Mountain Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay. ● Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Blue Mountain Lake. ● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID. ● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. ● A damage waiver fee ($50) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. ● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. ● Trash is collected once a week on Tuesday. ● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid or Super Foodtown. ● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank. SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES: ● 1 doorbell camera at the main entry door ● 1 floodlight camera above the garage, overlooking the driveway ● 1 floodlight camera at the rear, left corner of the house, overlooking the patio ● A fishing license is required by PA for anyone 16 and older. Any fish caught must be released back into the lake.
