Conveniently located 20 miles east of Pensacola and just MINUTES from MAJOR INTERSTATE I-10, you'll spend less time in the car and more time enjoying your vacation! Baywater Landing provides limitless possibilities for an unmatched experience filled with relaxation and fun. This luxury retreat offers 6 bedrooms, and 4 1/2 baths and sleeps 16-18 people with a spacious yet intimate floorplan that provides privacy along with plenty of spaces for your family to gather with over 3,200 square feet of living space, outdoor living areas, and limitless adventures along the bay and local nature areas. Baywater Landing is designed & outfitted to accentuate organic coastal luxury at every turn including luxury sheets and organic bedding, plush oversized bath towels, premium amenities, Smart TVs in nearly every bedroom, an expansive screened porch, and ground level family game area, and exclusive "The Hangar" kid's aviator themed bunkhouse! The family fun begins right at ground level! Colorful, inviting, and fun, this space screams "fire up the BBQ, grab a slice of watermelon, and take a seat" at one of our family gathering tables or outdoor living areas as kids and grown-ups alike will enjoy hours of outdoor games like Hook & Ring Toss, Twister, Tic-Tac-Toe, Checkers and EXCLUSIVE Chalk Art Gallery where they'll be excited to create their own custom Baywater Landing vacation logo, and more! Play Badminton on the lawn, grab a beach chair and sink your toes into the sand along the beach as you watch the kids swim and splash in the shallow waters of the bay, or bring your own fishing poles and fish right from the dock (please note that the dock is shared with the next door neighbor); try out our kayaks - all without leaving the property! Back at the retreat, come together with family and friends around the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs as you watch the vivid sunset, gather twigs for a bonfire to remember, and bring your guitar for some good old-fashioned family fun. The water surrounding the dock is VERY SHALLOW. There should be absolutely NO DIVING at any time. -There will be an automatic minimum $500 charge added for any drywall repairs. -If there will be more than 4 vehicles on the property, please let management know as this will require an additional level of approval. Guest access Drive down the long driveway and park in the 2-car garage, driveway and circle drive. As you approach the house, you will be greeted by a sprawling 100-year oak where you'll recall childhood memories of tree-climbing as children flock to the tire swing. Nearing the front staircase, you'll be drawn to the captivating views of the bay and dock, beach, and incredible outdoor living area which includes a hand-painted mural featuring local hotspots that will serve as your on-site, life-sized vacation guide, plenty of fun games and more! Going up the staircase, the double front-door entrance welcomes you into your luxury coastal retreat. You’ll see that there is an elevator. We ask that no one use this under any circumstances. They foyer sets the tone for this beautiful home which has been professionally decorated with modern art, soothing color palette and beautiful and bold patterns for a distinctive interior as an incredible backdrop for a truly memorable vacation! The foyer opens into the main living spaces including the generously sized kitchen, living and dining areas, that live among the stunning backdrop of the glistening bay waters. Double doors on the back of the house from the living room lead you to the expansive screened porch with stunning views of the bay, featuring a cushioned lounge area, 2 dining spaces, and a relaxing hammock. For families with young children, the screened porch allows you to keep an eye on older kids down on the lawn while keeping the littles safely away from the water. Open to the living room, is a generously sized dining table with comfortable seating for 10 people to gather around. In addition, the large kitchen features two islands with barstools so everyone can get glimpse into the action! Two kitchen islands include sinks for 2 functional workstations, and all brand-new appliances including: side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, electric cooktop, wall oven and built-in microwave, plus there's a secondary open butler's pantry with Keurig coffee maker (DRIP & pods!), toaster, blender and other conveniences. Opposite the dining area, the spacious living room offers a large leather SECTIONAL SOFA, four accent chairs for additional seating and all the comforts of home, including dreamy throw blankets, extra pillows, soft lighting, and a unique collection of books and board games for added activities. This home features 6 bedrooms, left and right of the main living areas: to the right are three bedrooms- the master en-suite with water views, king bed and attached private bath with dual vanities and jacuzzi tub; a cozy bedroom with double bed, a smaller room with a twin bed, and a full-size washer and dryer. To the left, two additional guest suites with attached baths each feature 2 queen beds, one with views of the 100-year oaks on the front of the house and the other on the back side with bay views. Finally, to the left of the main front door, above the garage, is "The Hangar," a Baywater Landing exclusive aviator themed bunkhouse with 2 full-over-full bunk beds (which comfortably sleeps 8), an attached full bath with shower, game table with chairs, and Smart TV.- Full use of the on premises private garage. Areas you'll be able to access: - Full use of the entire home, screened porch and ground level patio. - Full use of the yard, dock, and beach. (Excluding boat lift) the water surrounding the dock is VERY SHALLOW, no more than a couple of feet. There should be NO DIVING at any time. - Full use of the driveway (6 cars) If you've been to the gulf coast before but haven't ventured out much farther than the beaches, we invite you to engage with us as your local hosts! We know the area well and love sharing our local favorite hot spots, festivals, farmers markets, galleries, great local restaurants and activities that will make your experience one of a kind! Accordingly, we follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights: -We sanitize high-touch surfaces. -We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and our cleaners wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. -We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room. -We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Other notes: THE ELEVATOR IS NOT TO BE USED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. No illegal drugs. No parties. No unauthorized visitors/guests without seeking permission. No parking on the street or grass. No smoking indoors, outdoor areas, or in the garage of our house. Please note this property is set among a mix of full-time permanent residents and vacationing guests. As such, we are unable to accommodate weddings or events.
