The Quarters

Welcome to The Quarters at Wyandotte Winery. This residential unit is adjacent to the Winery, tucked in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from the I-270 and Easton with easy access to all Columbus offers. This residence is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, newly renovated unit and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Plenty of space to congregate and enjoy each other’s company. The outdoor patio is your own private oasis. Close to everything so plan to visit now! The space The Quarters has three sleeping rooms 1) Primary suite with king bed, sitting area and full, private bathroom 2) Queen bedroom with direct access to main bathroom and 3) the Den with a twin on top and full size on bottom bunkbed. The Quarters is adjacent to Wyandotte Winery, Central Ohio’s first winery, established in 1977, consistently chosen as "tops in Columbus" in both CityScene Magazine and the Columbus Dispatch Community Choice Awards. Wyandotte Winery has live music for you to enjoy along with wine made on site. Winery open hours are Thursday – Saturday. Property Specifics: - Access The Quarters through the safe and secure security lock located on the east side of the property (Entrance is well marked as The Quarters). The entry code will be sent to you before check-in. - Hi Speed WiFi provided - One reserved parking space in Winery parking lot - Large living room with electric fireplace and dining area - 55” TV with Roku allows you to watch your streaming channels along with access to Spectrum for live TV. - Full kitchen with modern appliances. Duel coffee maker with starter set of coffee. - Home laundry with full size washer and dryer - All of your linens, towels, laundry detergents, kitchen needs and liquid soaps in bathroom are provided. - 24 hour maintenance line - Concierge service, including grocery stocking is available for additional fee. - Sorry no pets - No smoking inside property - No parties or events unless previously booked and approved thru Wyandotte Winery. Additional rules: - There is one reserved spot for the Quarters guests in Winery parking lot, other spots may be available in front of the grape vines near the road. If arriving during busy hours, additional parking on the court across the street. There is NO overnight parking allowed at the Church overflow lot. Once there is availability (outside of the one reserved spot) you may move your vehicle from the church to the Winery. The entry code will be sent to you before check-in. Other things to note At times there will be events and open hours at the adjacent Winery. The latest the Winery is open is 9PM. During the summer there is live music outside on the patio which the Primary bedroom overlooks. Owners are onsite during tasting room open hours at the adjacent Winery.
