The space The apartment, a large four-room apartment, is on the second floor of an old building without an elevator. The large living room has a very comfortable sofa that, if necessary, becomes a sofa bed and can accommodate two more people, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and two delightful balconies overlooking Piazza delle Barracche. From the living room you can access a bedroom with a 140x190 cm mattress and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower cabin. Walking down the corridor, you enter the other two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the alley, with 160x190cm mattresses, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes or hangers and air conditioning. The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people in the 3 double bedrooms plus 2 in the sofa bed in the living room. The modern, warm and comfortable furnishings will make your stay a very pleasant experience. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs as it has no elevator. Other things to note In the hallway of the building there are bins for the separate collection of garbage. Under the sink are the binders. The hob is electric and the instructions for use are on the kitchen counter. In the en-suite bathroom, hot water is generated by the boiler, which has a capacity of 50 liters.
