Located a stone's throw from the train station, 150m from the famous 'Place Carnot' and a short walk from the famous walled city, this beautifully decorated home offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. The apartment boasts two air conditioned bedrooms, each adorned with a luxurious king-sized bed (180 x 200) promising a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. One of the highlights of our home is the fantastic outdoor area, where you can unwind on the cozy sofa or enjoy al fresco dining in the charming dining area. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or sharing a meal, this outdoor space is sure to become a favorite spot during your stay. With self check-in available, you can arrive at your leisure and start your Carcassonne adventure without delay. The apartment has been completely renovated, so you can expect modern amenities and comfort throughout your stay including HD TV with Netflix and Prime Video, super fast fibre wifi, a completely new fully equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer facilities. Please note that our apartment is a duplex, located on the first and second floors of a building, and therefore might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. KITCHENS ESSENTIALS: Tea and coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, hand soap BEDROOMS: two king size beds (180 x 200) with luxury cotton bed linen. BATHROOM: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer, heated towel rail, extra thick towels LOCATION: 5 minute walk to the station, 2 minutes to Place Carnot parking, restaurants, shops and bars, and a 20 minute walk to the famous world heritage site ‘Carcassonne Cité’ PARKING: Paid parking is available at 'P4 Souterrain A. Chénier' - 20 euros for a week (shorter periods available) or on Boulevard Varsovie which has lots of spaces, is free Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday, you can be paid by the app ‘Pay by Phone’. Both options are a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property Other things to note Our property has two flights of stairs and therefore sadly is not suitable for disabled guests or those with reduced mobility.
