This Spanish style villa offers lovely charm and a private feel in the heart of Tucson. Located minutes from downtown and U of A. Across the street are Reid Park, Reid Park Zoo, Randolph Golf Course and the U of A baseball field. Reid Park hosts various events throughout the year and offer bikes and scooters for rent. The home offers multiple outdoor seating areas, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, reverse osmosis drinking water, a washer & dryer, king & queen beds, a futon and TVs. The space SmartTVs are located in the living room and in the master bedroom. They offer LG channels and streaming services for you to log into. The third bed is a futon that is about the size of a full bed (54” x 71”). *Pack and Play may be available upon request. Guest access Parking is available in the garage, in front of the garage and on the street. The front door is accessed via a keypad code. Other things to note A charcoal BBQ is available for use in the courtyard.
