Our cozy 2bhk in a community is comfortable for 4 guests and is located on a quiet lane. It is 10 min away from the happening street of Kalyanagar that houses major Shopping brands & Restaurants/pubs. 40 min drive from Airport and 3km from Manyata techpark. The nearest metro is 3 km. Easy Access to Uber/Ola & Autos. Swiggy/Zomato/Dunzo works well here. This property has a private covered car park for one car. it's a self checkin property. The space You are welcome to a Beautiful Living room with a Sofa and Smart TV for total relaxation. Two Bedrooms are well-lit with a queen bed, Wardrobes, and a Dressing table. The Master Bedroom has AC and an attached bathroom. The Second Bedroom has only a FAN and a common Bathroom. Fast wifi connection bandwidth of 100 Mbps with a work table apt for your WFH. Tastefully done Modern-day open kitchen and Dining. Private Balcony with greenery for your morning and evening cuppa. The utility comes with a Washing machine and clothes drying stand. Guest access You are welcome to access the entire flat. The flat is on the 4th floor hence can be accessed by lift or staircase. The main door comes with a double lock for safety. Smoking is allowed only in the Balcony. Parties and Loud music are strictly prohibited, as other inhabitants are in the building. Request to respect the neighbor. Quite hours 11 pm-7 pm. Other things to note It is a self-check-in flat. The general rule we follow is to check in between 1 pm and 9 pm and check out at 11 am. You can talk to us if any change in timing is required, shall be considered subject to availability. No smoking inside the flat. only in the Balcony. The guest have to bring their groceries to the kitchen. Basic toiletries will be provided (Body shower, Shampoo, Hand wash). *For a 2-3 days stay the flat is cleaned on check-in only. For a week/month-long stay the flat is cleaned every alternative day. Sanitizing of the bathrooms and changing of linen is once a week only. Utensils used should be washed by the guest.
