Also, breezy windows and front locked screen for natural ventilation. 1 King bedroom with walk in closet double sink private bath with desk on room. 2 Queen private bedrooms with 1 bath in the hallway. Comfortably sleeps 6, plus a new cot available for a 7th guest. Washer and dryer in condo. Fully equipped kitchen and beachy, clean decor throughout Two sparkling pools (adult and baby), tennis courts, pickleball upon request, a gym, basketball, and a soccer field with night lights. Elevator, generator back up, 24 hour gated community~ 🏖️ Beach Gear Included Beach chairs (6), boogie board, cooler, beach bag, towels, toys, and a paddle game—all ready for your adventure! 🚗 Parking & Guest Access Includes 2 private parking spots one directly in front of the other. Whether you're looking to surf, explore tide pools, soak up the sun, or enjoy local cuisine and culture, this prime Isabela spot has it all. Guest access Guests have access to the beautiful yards surrounding the condo with spectacular sunsets and sunrises with nice outdoor picnic areas and tables, adult and children's pools. The Gym, tennis courts, basketball court, & soccer fields. We provide a key to beach gate which works for the gym door as well. Walk right out of the gate to a safe bike trail that goes all the way to the board walk at Jobos beach for 5 miles! We are 2 parking spots assigned to the guests. If you need more parking please park in the guests spots. Other things to note There are great restaurants and bars to enjoy next to the condo at Villa Pesquera. Jobos beach has several great restaurants as well. Including the food trucks about a half mile from Jobos by the Gulf station. If you would like surfing lessons a great place to learn is at Jobo's Beach which is 8 minutes from the condo. Also, for experienced surfers we have the best world class beaches on the north-west coast of the PR. Middles 2 min drive, Surfer's Beach 20 min drive, Wilderness Beach 30 min. drive, Tres Palms 30 min. drive. Please use the key holes where you see the sand to enter the ocean to avoid sea urchins. Also, for calmer beaches to swim I recommend Crash Boats, 25 min. drive. We are 20 min. from the Rafael Hernandez International Airport and 1.75 hours to San Juan airport. We have a "wifi extender" for our "RING" camera located when you walk in the door under the shoe rack. This is NOT a camera. And it has a night light on it.
