Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note House Rules & Important Information • Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book. • City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time. • Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance. • STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations.
