Outdoor patios and laundry facilities are shared with the neighboring cottage. The space Citrus Cottage 2 is a bright, single-level retreat designed for easy, walkable downtown living. This cottage works well for guests who want flexibility—whether heading out multiple times a day or relaxing between outings. Bedroom The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with quality linens, natural light, a ceiling fan, split A/C–heat system, and a private en-suite bathroom. Bathroom The en-suite bathroom features a newly remodeled walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. Kitchen & Dining The compact, efficient kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, and a Keurig coffee maker. Dining seating is available for two, along with outdoor dining on the patios. Living Area The open living space includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV. A lift-top coffee table can be used as a workspace, and the sofa converts to a pull-out sleeper for additional sleeping space (best suited for short stays). Outdoor Space Two paved patios—front and back—provide outdoor seating for coffee, reading, or evening relaxation. Outdoor patios and laundry facilities are shared with the neighboring cottage, with ample room to spread out. Guest access Check-in is at 3:00 PM via self-check-in with keyless entry. A personalized access code and arrival instructions will be sent prior to arrival. 99% of the time, the cottage is ready by 2:00 PM, and if it is available earlier, we’re happy to offer early access; however, early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We handle all cleaning—guests are not expected to complete any cleaning tasks.
