This brand-new chalet is a 4-bedroom, 4 full bathroom (10 adults max) home on 1.1 acres of wooded grounds. It was thoughtfully appointed by an interior designer for family, friends and fun! Whether you choose skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, swimming, or visiting one of the many nearby attractions you won’t be short on things to do! The space This beautiful chalet has 3 floors. The top floor has a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and dedicated work-space along with a separate reading/lounging area with a revolving bookcase and a day bed. The main level boasts a beautiful kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, a fully stocked coffee station, and a breakfast bar counter. The dining table seats 8-10 and shares the gas fireplace with the living room. On 2 sides of the table are sliders, where after a lovely meal you can stroll outside onto the huge wrap-around deck where there’s outdoor dining for 10 and a Weber gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this main floor. A primary with another king-size bed, ensuite full bathroom, washer & dryer, and a large walk-in closet where you’ll find the high chair, playpen, and child gate for use on the stairs. The 2nd room has a queen-size bed, and a walk-in closet and is just across the hall from another full bath. The lower level is the fun zone! There’s a bunkroom with a queen bed under a full-size bed, and a full bath. There are foosball and shuffleboard tables and an 85” big screen TV where you can watch your favorite sporting event or movie from the large sectional couch or bleacher seats behind! In the front foyer, there’s a variety of games and sporting equipment including cornhole, tennis rackets and balls, and life vests and paddles for the canoe located at nearby Larsen Lake, a 10 min walk! Also, make time to sit by the firepit with evening cocktails or smores or hang out on the 3 sets of double porch swings and hanging table! A beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the evening. Guest access Our guests have access to all of the living space of our home. Other things to note With an amenity pass, you have access to 3 freshwater lakes, and the community clubhouse, with an outdoor pool, a splash pad for the kiddos, and basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. LARSEN LAKE is just .5 miles from the house and has a sandy beach, a roped-in swim area with a lifeguard, a picnic area, a playground, a bathhouse, and tennis and basketball courts. Just so you know, kayak rentals are NOT offered at this location, but we provide a 3-person canoe with paddles and lifejackets.
