The space AMENITIES: The house is new, offers 4 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms to perfectly accommodate 14 people: SWIMMING POOL: 14 meters long and cleaned with salts instead of chlorine, so it does not cause the damage that chlorine causes in the body. MASTER BEDROOM: Located on the second floor with a King size bed for 2 people, a walk-in closet, full bathroom with shower and tub with a peaceful view of the lake. In the room you will find a 58" screen, Sonos sound system easy to connect to your devices, home theater and a large balcony overlooking the golf course and the lake. BEDROOM 2: Located right after the master, it has 2 queen-size beds, a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 50'' screen. BEDROOM 3: Ideal for children, it has a queen size bed, a bunk bed, and a queen size sofa bed, full bathroom, closet, and a 49" screen. It comfortably accommodates 5 children. BEDROOM 4: Located on the ground floor, through a gate you reach the pool and terrace with a captivating view of the countryside and lake. It has 2 queen-size beds, a full bathroom, 2 closets, and a 50” screen. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, gas oven, multifunctional steam oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a long breakfast bar. DINING ROOM: With a table for at least 10 people and with service located right next door. LIVING ROOM: This relaxing area has very comfortable armchairs to enjoy the 60'' screen with home theater, Sonos sound system and a beautiful lake view. TERRACE: In this area, there is a 14-meter long swimming pool, barbecue, lounge chairs, and a charming outdoor dining room for 6 people. LAUNDRY: Here you will find a washing machine, a drying machine, an iron, an ironing board, and a closet with cleaning supplies. UNCOVERED UTILITY PATIO: With clothesline and ample storage space. PARKING: With covered space for 2 cars and extensive uncovered space for another 4 cars. Guest access It has: A PRIVATE BEACH CLUB one kilometer away, where you can use the pool facilities, offers towel service, and has a restaurant. SPORTS CLUB: Olympic pool, pool with games for children, recreational areas for children's games, gym, pool tables, ping pong tables, tennis courts, basketball courts, squash court, areas for yoga, areas for lockers, spinning, pickleball, shuttleball, bocceball. Note: Guests staying at least two weeks can be granted permission to enter the Sports Club and the Beach Club for an extra fee as long as they give us the names and number of people who will be staying at the house in advance to process their personal access card. While guests staying less than two weeks are not eligible to use the Sports Club and Beach Club. CLUB HOUSE that houses a luxury restaurant overlooking the golf course, steam room, spa and massage (prices not included). GOLF COURSE: Ranked among the top 10 Golf Clubs in Mexico. The renter can make use of this with an extra payment fee called a “green fee”. Note: Guests can use the Club House (spa and restaurant) and the Golf Club regardless of the number of days they stay. Their prices are not included in the rental fee.
