This place is centrally located on a quiet dead-end street overlooking Bryden Canyon and the Snake River (views are across the street). Enjoy your own driveway that leads right up to the door. We sanitize everything before you arrive so you come into a cleaned place. The space Our place is great for couples, families, business travelers or traveling nurses. Or just a 1 night stay for those medical appointments. This home is divided into 2 separate spaces. No shared space (except for long term stays, then washer/dryer will be shared with host, a schedule will be put in place) as the host lives upstairs. Potential for hearing/being heard by guest or host. If you are looking for complete privacy this home may not meet your needs. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am Guest access We will need an email so that we can send you a code to the door (after booking and 3 days prior your arrival) Your own driveway. Backyard for sitting only, steps are curved and uneven exercise extreme caution , area is being worked on and cleaned for summer use. Other things to note Use 1st driveway on West end of house that leads you to the double white doors. You'll have your own code to enter your (no stairs) place with 1 King size bed, a cot for a toddler, and a air mattress for an additional $20/night, dining and living room area with a 55" TV & internet. Kitchen like area has appliances such as a single tabletop induction cooktop, smokeless grill, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker (also a bodum) and an electric kettle. Also comes with dish set for 4. You will also access to the washer and dryer. Enjoy your own bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a door that leads upstairs to the host area and will be locked at all times.
