Charming 1887 Victorian Home

With over 3,000 square feet and updated amenities this home is centrally located from several fun areas of beautiful Northern New York. Whether its visiting historical areas of the Adirondack Park (Lake Placid /Saranac Lake) or taking your chances at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino or getting some skiing (Titus Mtn) or golf (Malone CC) in you'll be sure to have a peaceful space The space House is the former childhood home of my grandmother and has a rich history within the community, which was and old railroad crossing town for lumber coming from the Adirondacks before going to Lake Ontario to the Mississippi and the west. Property had once had many different businesses such as a propane shop, flower shop, auto sales, and even a dojo at one point. Most of those remnants of those businesses you will not see as they were removed as part of our renovation. It been a labor of love restoring the beautiful old home. Guest access Guests have access to entire house. Multiple porches and decks make for great hangout spaces as well. Only restriction is holding large gatherings (over 10 people). Other things to note Large parties or gatherings will result in canceling of stay during stay. Home and property not meant for large events such as weddings, birthdays, or reunions. We fully expect people to have guests and visitors, but not intended to host large gatherings that may have brought you into the area.
